Staff leaving why?
There is a lot on the internet about why staff leave due to their managers so the riddle is "Why do good capable senior managers who effectively report to the 'Board' leave"? - They are on good packages, so that can't be the issue! - While limited they have capable corporate capacity to achieve good outcomes, so that can't be it! - I don't believe it's the CEO, so that can't be the issue!
